Hi! I made payment on my bill and did not receive my points back, it's past the 48 hours. Thank you.

Then you need to open a ticket or send a private message to customer support and ask for your points to be applied to your account. Put "points not applied" in the subject line and leave a detailed message.

Check your transaction history. Are you signed up for autopay? Do you see an autopay reward credited to your transactions? Check your rewards account. Do you see the autopay reward? Or do you see that you are registered for the points program? If you are on the rewards program then you are best to stay with it. If you are on the points program then you are advised to contact customer support if you do not see the points after 4 days.

@dian_34   according to the FAQ, they should credit onto your account within 48 hours:

  • Points Back - within 48 hours of your spend.

If you have waited the full 48 hours, open a ticket with PM Support and confirm :

 


1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.


2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

@dian_34  - did you OPT IN to the new Rewards, Public Points program?

 

If you were a customer before January 25th, 2022 (according to your Community account you are), then you must OPT IN, agree to the terms and conditions below, before joining the new Rewards program.

If you didn't OPT IN, then you are still on the old rewards program.

IF this is the case, think about IF YOU should switch or not. Many members are preferring to stay in the old rewards system.

 

Once you switch you cannot go back.

HI @dian_34   I am not sure if they mention anywhere about when will the  5% show up. From what I know Friend's referral shows up after 72 hours,  maybe it needs that many hours?

or Maybe the 5% is calculated once monthly?
