I can't get into my phone I need a Sim card puk code how do I get this?

- SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." is asking for the phone’s (often Samsung) “master code" after entering the wrong code too many times. Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.
- SIM network unlock PIN" is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI (dial *#06# to get it) and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.
- PIN unlock key (PUK) is a SIM-specific code used to prevent unauthorised use of a SIM card.

Are you asking for the PUK for the SIM or your phone?
If you have a Samsung phone, you will need a PUK from Samsung.
If you need it for the SIM, contact a CS_Agent by private messaging and click on the envelope icon on top of this page.

Which messages is your phone displaying? If it's asking for a SIM Network Unlock PIN or SIM Network Unlock PUK, this means your phone is locked to some other carrier and you'll need to contact them for assitance.
For the SIM's card's PUK, you'll need to contact a Public Mobiel customer support agent by opening at ticket at: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
