Hi. I've done all the troubleshooting I can, following an article about 7 steps. Turned on things, navigated APN, SIM, etc. Still can't send photos via text, but I can send regular text just fine. I hit the "resend" option but still no go. What is happening?

Tried again, being mindful of caps, and it works. I can send photos via text.
Let's hope this issue doesn't crop up again in a couple of months.

just installed Textra and it also fails to send pictures:

I have already tried a different text messaging app and it didn't work. This was after I had already reset my phone back to factory settings. I don't know where or what the issue is.

@AdamI12 Some people have run into RCS issues, I think it might have been since an Android/Google Messages update. Have you tried a different messaging app, like Textra for example?

Yes, all the APN setting look good:
I can send some pictures to some people periodically, but more often than not I get the Trouble sending. Retying. Check options error message

Note that several people have commented that the SP.MB.COM line needs to be in all caps for OnePlus.

I'm afraid I don't. Thank you for the suggestion.
I was struggling to submit a ticket after doing everything the AI chatbox told me to do to get the link working.... I just sent a direct message to the customer service agents, but apologized for not going through their normal channels.

@DC7 You don’t have a data limiter set on your phone by any chance do ya ? If still no luck vet support to investigate the issue for you

I use OnePlus 11. I have turned on everything I can locate in settings. The Mobile data, the network. I checked all the inputs of the SIM card's APN matches what was listed in one of Public Mobile's posts. It's still not working. The photos won't send, only text messages.

Yes. I have the mobile data turned on and I have more than 40 GB left for this month.

@DC7 .do you have cellular dat turned on in phone settings ? And do you have fat left in your plan ?
