just installed Textra and it also fails to send pictures:Error during send.  Please try again.

Yes, all the APN setting look good:I can send some pictures to some people periodically, but more often than not I get the Trouble sending.  Retying. Check options error message

Same phone, same problem sending pictures via Google messages app.
