Switched plans a few days ago, now I can't send or receive mms. Android help only.
1. I've toggled things on and off in settings
2. I've powered off and on the phone
3. I've toggled between the 2 APN's I have
and
there r some difference between the 2 APN. But both don't send mms. I don't know which is the right one to use either.
Can anyone help?

Hello, still nothing. Can this issue be elevated to customer service. Only 2 community members replied and when I did what they said and replied back no other solutions came.

U can see data is toggled on. Tho I do have a can/USA plan. Does data roaming need to be on at all times? Tho tries with roaming on and off still can't send

In order to send/receive MMS, DATA has to be on even though data will not be used (your quota).

I suggest you to delete the 2 APN and try to create a new one following these
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include DUN for hotspot, please note case sensitive)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or Turn APN on/off APN turned on
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D
Also, download Google message and use that as your default app to send message. if you already have Google message installed, then uninstall and reboot and reinstall
