Can't see/change plans

I cannot view my current plan, view new plans, or change my plan. Please help. I would like to change my plan.

same problem here!!

What's worth is...my phone got 'expired' even when I am always on autopay with the same credit card.

@darlicious  I blame cahce, and also blame PM  😂

But my limited computer knowledge taught me one thing, always try again, try a different browser. 

Tell you a secret, I installed 5 different one 🤣

@darlicious  oh, I was reading it as the page about plan changing page missing now showing the available plans, which happens a lot

If no one else can get the plan options why would changing the browser or clearing the cache make any difference for the OP? I can't get these options either.

@felicia07  Best to try using another browser.  The cache issue here is very problematic

@felicia07   Could be just a browser issue.  

 

Try another browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) , or clear cache then close and relaunch the browser, or try using Icognito mode or try on another machine

It's like that for everyone. Try again later. I suspect that's because $10 plan holders are about to see their plan cost rise to $13.
