I just ported my new number yesterday and i can't seem to recieve any incming calls.
I got a text message that said "We're having difficulties procesing your request to move to public mobile."
Please Help!

When porting a number, it's always good policy to continue to use the old service until it stops. This is the most reliable way of confirming a completed number port.

In the meantime, keep using the service from your old cell phone service provider. All your incoming calls will still be going there until the phone number transfer is complete.
