Hi I recently ported over a landline number from Telus but can't send/receive texts or receive calls

If you are porting over from a landline, even from Telus, it can take up to 5 days to happen. If the transfer hasn't happened after 5 days, please use @hTideGnow link to contact a Customer Service Agent.

if you cam semd and just not receive, it is a portomg problem
if you cannot send and receive, it is a sim setup problem, message support agent to help
