Can't receive mms

@AjisonYou don't need to have data in your plan for mms with Public Mobile, but you do need to have your phone data turned on to use it.

Just wonder if you have any data plan In your plan. If your plan only have calll/text message without data, you can only receive and, not MMS. Like $10 per 30 days plan, no mms. If you do have data included in your plan, check to see if you have turned on your mobile data on your cell phone. Try to turn off your WiFi and try to browse a web site. If you can't see the web page, your mobile data is not turned on on your mobile device.
