hi @JDR16 you should get a credit couple days before your 3rd month on your My Account
if you are sure you didn't get that, PM support can help.

@JDR16 so you don't see Available funds in your account for the amount of your plan? When did you sign up? Did you make any changes to your account during that time?
If indeed the 3rd month has passed and you didn't receive the credit for the 3rd month use the chatbot to create a ticket and explain.

@JDR16 Did you change plans since first joining ? Did you enter promo code when you activated ? . If you changed plans that could effect that promo and if you didn’t enter the promo code for that specific offer in activation could be why . But we are just customers like you here trying to help you would have to reach out to support and ask them to investigate for you unless you changed plans since joining and that’s why and now you know otherwise
