new subscribers and requested porting? Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done

are you new customer and requested porting? did you approve the port request sent by your old carrier to your old sim ?

@Saad2024 are you a new customer that just setup an account or are you an existing customer that had services working before? Are you able to send/receive text messages, is data working (without using WiFi)
