Anyone else having issues with their data?? Mine don't seem to be working at all.

hi @Channah 

try reboot first and Reset network settings.  Check if your phone has data limit set, maybe you reached the limit set on the device, but you can disable it

or test the sim on another phone if it is a physical one

Are you a new or old customer? What type of phone do you have? What plan do you have? Have you logged into your account to see if you have any data left in your 30 day plan?

@Channah are you using an Android phone? If so, check to make sure you do not have any data limits set. Also try going into your account either from the PM app or the website and check that you still have data remaining. My data seem to be fine and if your calling and text is still working it's likely not an outage
