Any one having issue when transfer from fido to public mobile esim 2 days still not able to receive calls and SMS. However data is working bit not sms?

Thanks for the solution. Yes due to esim only can use one at a time, the sms was sent to my old provider and waiting for my approval before they can port to public mobile. It works now. Much appreciated

you got the text from Fido and replied Yes ? you rebooted your phone with the PM sim ? reboot it once more

My first suggestion would be to do a network reset and then reboot. Then go into your settings and confirm the Public Mobile eSIM is set at your primary number. If not, set it and reboot. Start from there.
Also, if you place your Fido SIM card back in the phone, does it still work?
