Did you port over?

Try rebooting phone

@Sylvidor  Did you just port a number into PM ? Did you leave the old providers SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text ? Or miss the text ? If so I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you
