My wifes login just says forbidden a1 and she cannot make texts, it just endlessly says verifying in the send and receive settings, its also been over 24 hours now. She can make calls and use her data though.

if you click Didn't receive Text, is email an option to receive the code? can you login that way?

But for the text problem,  it is a PM system problem with new activation.   Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem.  And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification.   PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.

PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations.  And if you are an iPhone user,  iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS. 

PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis.  Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
