May 19th tried to port the number over from Koodo and it didn’t work.
I have reception on Koodo and can get incoming calls but cannot receive text msgs. My phone doesn’t show the eSIM and I cannot add it manually.
I did get the confirmation txt from Koodo and phone was turned on and off in attempt to reset.

Tried the QR but got a msg saying eSIM activation failed.

your phone doens't show the esim, PM esim?
if you don't see PM esim on the sim screen, it is a sim problem and unrelated with porting
check the Welcome email from PM, it should have a QR code for esim, scan to install
if you don't have such QR code or cannot install, please ask support agent to help by direct messag:
