Can't receive MMS even with data

I can't receive MMS even when I am on data. Any guidance?

Samsung or another brand? I am guessing you maybe figured out your APN settings and resolved the issue since we haven't heard back?

If you have an iPhone, check to see if MMS is enabled by going to Settings>Messaging>enable MMS Messaging.
