activation bonus where?

PM staff, where is the activation bonus?  I activated on Monday with a friend code from here but you still charged me full amount.  I thought there will be a refund of $10 but I don't see it on the credit card still.  Please process the bonus.

You can use the 10 on whatever you would like. It will be in your available funds, you should also see a 5 point welcome bonus and 5% of your activation cost in points as well so you will be accumulating points and can also put towards many things including a bill credit

No, no. My quip was more about the fact that once money is in your balance that you can use that to buy add-ons and not JUST use at the next renewal.

Could you ask the person that gave you the code if they see your additional reward in their account.

HI @popmode   usually they will respond in 2 hours. But weekend could be longer

But if you have the correct code, it should not be a problem.

You activated on Monday?  you should the money by now.  I think PM missed it (or you entered wrong code?)

 

don't wait, just open ticket with PM CS agent and let them check for you. They will add the money back

First type Contact CS Agent,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

what to do? do I just wait for next renewal?

No, you will still pay the full amount during activation. 

 

What PM will do is to put the $10 friend referral bonus into your account within 72 hours.  Check your My Account and it should show up as Available fund
