My billing cycle ended today
I changed my billing to a credit card which I paid with this morning for the new cycle
However I still can't send or receive phone calls???

dial 611 with your cell to hear current status of your account. You can also pay using on file credit card, you'll need to know your PM pin number.

first, reboot your phone and try again
still fails, then check My Account, check if account is active or if the money stays at Available funds and not used for renewal. To avoid browser cache showing wrong info, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
