My credit card info is correct but every time I try to make a payment I get this message: "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later." Subscription Expired on Oct 6,2024. How to I reactivate my phone?

@keithnet01 You may need to wait full 24 hours and try again incognito mode / private mode or try the app instead or even a different device . But if in hurry you can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 and resume service right away . If still no luck you can confirm with support
