Can't make payment and now my phone doesn't work

Hello,

 

Just wondering if this is happening to everyone. But the autopay failed to renew my subscription. When I go to pay manually, it just says "Sorry, we're not able to process your payment at this time. Please try again later." and now my phone plan doesn't work, no texts, no calls.

Help!

Thanks for the quick replies, I re-entered my credit card in the payment method, and then hit make payment, and then it worked. Very weird, glitchy, and a bit scary if you ask me. You won't know there is a problem until you phone just suddenly stops working....

Hello @chubruno 

The Public Mobile website and apps have known cache issues. Try clearing your cache and restart your browser and then go into Incognito mode. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser. Before you try logging into Public Mobile, clear the cache first as a precaution and try that browsers incognito mode and try again. If all those don't work, reach out to PM to get them to assist.

hi @chubruno 

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes. usually people need to wait 24 hours to try again 

but since  your plan has already , then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
