I manage my mother's account because she doesn't have a computer. We recently had a problem with her debit card which is used for her auto pay on Public Mobile but no longer works so now her phone doesn't work. I need to log into her account to add a new credit card for payment but we can't get the 2FV code because the phone is cut off. Is there a way to get access to the account or temporary access to her phone so we can add a new payment card to the account?
