I am unable to proceed with payment despite of changing subscription (account still on hold ..)…changed the Visa card too……this is unacceptable and time consuming…been a customer for few years,without issues with monthly payment ….

Did this get resolved? I am having similar issues after I updated my card details. Payments have been getting declined.

sometimes it is tricky to make payment.
so, your account is now suspended? Try again using browser with Incognito mode.
if that does not work,usually you need to wait at least 24 hours to try again. But your account is already suspended, so a quicker way to resume service it to buy a voucher from Shoppers or London Drugs and then load the voucher using My Account or using *611.

I have changed payment on file…stil on hold…gave permission to withdraw…even called *611 to manually make my payment…still doesn’t let me go through…both my Visa credit and debit in working condition as I just went out and purchased stuff…
Now I cannot make or revive calls and codes so I can go in with my life as a student and worker….What is going on?…Please help!!!

first step is to successfully Change Payment card in your account. Once done, then you should be fine to Change Plans...either Change on Renewal or Change Plans Now.
