Can't make or receive calls

Is anyone else having issues making or receiving phone call? I'm on my wifi so I everything else for now is fine.

Hey @Dorothy001 

My neighbor experienced this a few weeks ago and couldn't figure out why. So I helped her with some trouble shooting and thankfully, it was the first one on my list.

Is your account paid up? Sometimes credit card expire and we forget to update. You can check your account online or on the app to verify it's paid up.

If paid and up to date, have you tried restarting the phone? 

If that doesn't work, do you have another phone you can try the SIM card in and test to see if you're still experiencing the same issues?

And finally, sometimes you just need a network reset done by Public Mobile CS Agents on their end to resolve things as a final effort. Here is how you can reach them.

reboot your phone and Reset all networks and check if it helps

you have a other phone to test the sim card??

@Dorothy001 are text messages working fine, in and out? If not it sounds like your account may have lapsed and you should look to see if you can make a payment. Something else you can try is setting airplane mode on and then turning it off, or restart your phone
