Can't make calls to the U.S.

I bought U.S. Roaming and data add-on. Can't make calls two days after activating this service. Need help.

if you're in Canada and wanting to call a US number...this is the add-on you need...

If you are in USA now, try manually connect to T Mobile.

@Baris   are you in US trying to make calls or you are in Canada trying to make calls to US?

The 15 Day US Roaming add-on is for use whilst in USA. Make sure to connect to T-Mobile only ...no others will work. Make sure to enable Roaming on your cell phone in settings.

If you are in Canada and calling US there's a different add-on for that...not the Roaming add-on.
