Can’t make calls -even with unlimited plan

I can’t make calls at all anymore

my plan is unlimited talk province talk

at first it did this to me occasionally, and I have to resort to texting which still works.

no outgoing calls work 

I have tried the restart phone, toggle airplane mode ideas but it doesn’t fix the problem 

please help, this is extremely bad as my work depends on phone calls

I requested, as you suggested, they did it for me, and it worked for a few calls.  Now tonight I can’t make calls again 

I also said in the private message this is the case 

so not sure what to do here

@River80  Can you log into your account to confirm the account is active and not suspended ? 
also check

if the account is active and you don’t need to make payment and there’s no outage and rebooting the phone won’t help or reseting network settings not  help ask support to re fresh your account

Try resetting the Network setting on your phone and see if that fix the issue.

hi @River80 did you try calling other numbers just to test?

also, restart the phone and try. Also try to call with the 1 in front and without the 1 in front , see if it makes a difference
