I'm trying to make a payment with a credit card that I update on my profile to resume my service, but no luck so far.

You can make a payment of a selection of set amounts thru the 611/IVR system or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. You will need your 4 digit account pin #. This can now be easily reset in your self serve account if you do not remember what you chose at activation.

@rosane hi if your servicewas suspended you need to make a manual payment then log out and back in look for a reactivate button press it, reboot phone

@rosane What exact error was it?
Please try to login to My Account Using Incognito mode or try using a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome)
