Try to make a payment through visa creditcard and debit card but not working. Transaction is unsuccessful. The cards are fine, just did purchases somewhere else. Payment due tomorrow.
Is there someone can help? Otherwise will have to switch to other carriers..

Hello @Frausu ,
If all the suggestions you have been giving are still not working for you, ask Customer Support to help.
Put in a ticket through SIMon Bot (usually faster method to get in contact with the Public Mobile Customer Support) by clicking on the bottom, right chat bubble.
OR
Private message the Customer Support here (usually slower method): https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

they accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards.
can you try different card...

Pure debit cards are unlikely to work with Public Mobile, whereas "Visa Debit" cards actually go through the Visa network (like a credit card) so those usually work.
The issue we think is with Public Mobile's system, which glitches sometimes. Were you able to Remove, Re-Add, then do a Manual transaction to test?

I've tried using different browsers and on cell phone. None of them is working. I have the correct path leads to the payment. I don't think buying voucher monthly is a sustainable plan.
Thank you!

I used it to pay the last month which is fine but not working with the same card this month. So is with debit card.

Thank you. The info is correct and just made a payment via other channels so should not be the card issue.

Public Mobile has a bunch of stuff that is glitchy at times. Along with ensuring that all information is correct, I'd remove + add your credit card like @Anonymous suggested. Then, try doing a manual $1 top-up to see if it works. If yes, then it should work going forward for Autopay.
In the meantime, prepaid vouchers are available from many online and retail locations (eg. London Drugs, CCS, etc) that can hold you over until you get this figured out. With a voucher, you can easily add to your balance via 611.

I would try clearing your browser and login your Self Serve account. Also go on AutoPay so you don’t have to worry about payments in the future.
Worst come to worst, go pickup so Top up cards from your local PM serve provider.

@Frausu...another payment option is vouchers purchased at retail outlet like London Drug or Shell Gas stations. After you buy, dial 611 to add them to your account.
You can also get on-line vouchers from Ding.com or Recharge.com.

@Frausu is there a card already setup on your Account? If so, was this card used to pay PM before and just stopped working this month? or is this a new card you try to put on the system?

The payment system is finicky at times. Make sure that the name and address in billing section exactly matches your credit card information. If apartment number, leave that section blank. Also can try again in one hour with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
