If what @Phil_Adelphus said is correct then you must purchase the Long distance plan. https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/long-distance-add-ons

@Fabian3 It sounds like you bought a US roaming add-on instead of the long distance calls to US from Canada add-on? Assuming that's the case contact customer support and see if they can switch add-ons for you. Send a private message via this link and monitor your community inbox for a reply
