I couldn't log into my account, so I had password reset. After logging in the account, don't know why I can't see details in my account, instead it shows all the boxing promotions.  I purchased a new plan, it seems like I have made a new account, so what would happen to the existing account.  I should have been able to log in my account, then just change the plan within my account.  I am worried about the current account and the new account both exist, then I have to pay for both plans. 

Please help

did you actually go via payment section?  it does sound like you accidentally created another account.   I suggest you to submit a ticket with CS agent for help.  Please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
