Hi all,
I'm trying to help my Mom update her credit card info with Public Mobile. We thought she had a Self Serve/EverSafe account registered with her email, but logging into Self Serve with her email & password brings us to a page without any subscription or account info. It makes me think we're using the wrong info to log in, and that her email isn't linked to her Public Account.
Can we log in with her phone number & verify that way?
Any help welcome!

Hi all, we figured it out, my Mom used a different email address than we thought when first registering, all figured out now!

@Lorraine7 Try in the app instead of website or try I’m incognito mode private mode and use this link to it
Update credit card info
In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
