Just tried to access my main user profile to check my usage/bill. When I logged in it came back as something like "page does not exist" with a Telus url.
Anyone had similar or know how to remedy?

Neither refreshing the page or using incognito has worked for me when trying to log in using my phone (chrome). I always get a "Page Expired" error.
Thankfully I am able top login without issue on my PC (chrome).

Yes, it has happened several times and it's annoying, but I'd suggest using a different browser, clearing cache and alternatively, using incognito mode.

I was also having this same issue but using incognito worked for me. Annoyingly shouldn't have to but at least I managed to work around it.

I had the same situation and just accessed another browser.

@callumelsdon easy way is the click Back and refresh , you can get into the site right a way
If that does not work, use Incognito mode (or Private mode) to login My Account. You can also try to use another browser
