I chose eSIM during my activation setup but my phone wasn’t compatible now cant chose physical sim to enter number on the one I purchased

do you have a physical sim card yet? if not, , buy a PM physical sim card form Telus or Koodo store or via Amazon:

Then message support agent and ask them to help to update your account with the new sim card:
