HI @Melanie1111
To reset the network settings on your Samsung Galaxy A71, go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings
And which province you are in?
A71 is not a phone on PM's VoLTE whitelist. So, while you data and text is using LTE and 5G, your voice calls are still using 3G. With PM re-aligning some 3G bands, people would have have problem with voice calls in some area. So, you will probably want to check for new phone sooner than later (afterall, your phone is around 4 years old now)

I have a Samsung A71 5G. I have rebooted it and still not working. How do I reset the network settings?

I would keep it on automatic and let it choose for itself. But something else you could do is do a Network Reset on your phone and then reboot it. See if this can resolve it. If you still need help, CS is available.
