I purchased the 25 dollars plan last month, thought it was 10 gb. My internet is now cut at 4gb and I see the subscription plan is 10 dollars for 10gb but when I try to switch to it, it asks mw to renew and pay again the full price. Can someone please fix this

if your internet is cut off at 10GB , it could be just your device settings , maybe there is a data limit enabled, try disable it
also, check the app's Overview page, how much data it shows you have? Click Usage Breakdown and you will see more

That is awesome!! Great work!! So if you look at your plan now, does it state you have the plan or is it going to switch next month. I'm just wondering if maybe you missed the cut off.

Hello @Noureldin
The only plan I see that has 10GB of data is the $35 plans. The $25 plan only has 4GB of data. Do you have a screenshot of the purchase or proof of purchase you could share?

when did you change to $25 - 10GB? did you check it using My Account -> Change Subscription page or you change the plan by accepting some targeted SMS offer?
if you go to My Account-> Subscription and Addon page, what plan details it shows? If it is not $25-10GB plan you expecting, ask PM support agent to check.
