Contact agent to reset your access and change your email
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@ew1 - to change the email connected to your My Account, submit a ticket to CSA to have them change it for you.
