Can't connect with agent

Hi PM community I'm a new subscriber starting today and have a few questions but for some reason when I try to submit a ticket to chat with an agent it just sends me on an endless loop.  Gives me an error.  Was able to chat with agent no problem prior to activating my account.

did you check the inbox for agent's reply?  They usually reply in an hour or two

No, I've been talking to myself trying to submit a ticket over and over. Any time I try anything else I just get error messages.

Same thing for me! I'm incredibly frustrated that I've been trying to submit a ticket or speak to an agent for days and I keep being told the systems are down and get sent in circles. I'm going to change my phone plan shortly since this sketchy business has been happening for far too long. I have never spoken with an agent and I've been with this company for 3 years.
