Can't confirm/validate phone to set up account properly. @CS_Agent

I am just switching from another provider to public Mobile. I have confirmed my email account many times, but when I go to confirm the phone number I never get a text. I can receive texts and calls to my phone, but I can't set up my profile or do anything in my account. Help please. And the faster the help the better. I need to set up so I can find my promo code so I can refer a family member who wants to set up their phone asap.

if the account not setup properly, you won't get that option.

There is no option to choose "didn't get the code". Any other ideas???

There have been a couple request for the same issue and they got the 2FA code sent by a CS_Agent at:

It is too late today because staff hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm EST but put in your request and keep your eyes on the envelope icon for a reply.
