Hello. I'm trying to change payment card. I get the error message quoted below. However, when I call my credit card issuer, they say everything looks fine on their end and the transactions is approving each time.
I've submitted a support ticket, but any ideas? thanks
"Unable to Process Transaction
Sorry, your credit card transaction was denied by your card issuer, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged. Please contact your card issuer for more information."

Unfortunately this is a common issue. Nothing to do with your card, should work once you follow the steps above.

Try using different browser. If you already tried 2 times, wait few hours before next attempt otherwise you might trigger fraud lock on your CC.
