How to I switch my phone from Telus to Public after having a problem with the first attempt to transfer?

what was the error?
if it is a Telus number, for sure it can be transferred into PM
Get a temp number first and wait until the line is fully activated, then login My Account, Profile and click Transfer Phone Number there and request
if it still has error, have PM agent to help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@wilcodon Are you using the app to activate ?? Not website all activations need the app . And you can transfer number in on activation or do after wards in your account . Just remember to mean the old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirm text to port number . But if you need support to step in here’s a direct link for them
