change from eSim to Sim

Hi,

I accidentally chose esim instead of sim when purchasing the plan. I have not activated yet, and I wonder if there is a way to switch to sim.

you likely cannot login to My Accoun to make the change yourself, please ask agent to help

and better to buy the sim card yourself first, get one from Telus or Koodo store

Contact the customer support agents to have them reverse the esim and pick up a public mobile physical SIM card at a local corporate Telus or Koodo location
