Hi y'll, I'm trying to port my number from Koodo but I'm getting this error message:
"Please enter a valid Canadian phone number."
How can I solve this?

Was talking to CS and decided to get a random number so they would port later.
Couldn't pay at all using my macbook, tried different browsers, different cards, even with my phone and none worked, so I got an old windows machine and was finally able to pay.
Now I'm waiting for the rest of the process.

I migrated to Public from Koodo Postpaid today, and it worked fine. It's weird you're having issues.

@andreaamado did you activated earlier and failed?
I have checked, this error could be because there is an existing Porting request submitted already. Check if PM already charged your credit card from your previous attempts
Maybe messages support and confirm what the issue was

Just activate with a new temporary number, then reach out customer service.

Try clearing your browser cache and then open a new window in incognito. I like using chrome.
