I'm currently in the US on vacation and I need to listen to an important voicemail but I can't access it or make calls. I already have Canada/USA calling included in my plan and the data works fine (I already turned on roaming).
Any suggestions? For reference, I have a Samsung Galaxy S10
Thanks!

Thanks everyone, the suggestion about the free calling app worked! For anyone else who has the same issue, the app I used was Fongo.

Since your phone isnt in the PM whitelist you can download a VOIP app such as textnow, select a free phone # and use that to make calls. I believe to access your voicemail from another phone number you dial your PM # and press * to bypass greeting and then enter your voicemail password. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, your phone Samsung Galaxy S10 is not in PM whitelist for VoLTE compatible phones:

Since the 3G network is decommissioned in the United States, it is important to have VoLTE compatible phone for talk services.
Maybe try to connect to T mobile network. See if 2G network is available in your area. T mobile 2 G network was also decommissioned also.
Maybe try the different US partner carriers in your area: T mobile, AT&T and Verizon. See whether that makes a different for talk services.
