I bought a esim with forfait, and I can’t connect to my account to activate it. This is very frustrating because there is NO SERVICE at all. The AI makes you run in circle, no way to talk to anyone. As soon as I manage to get a refund, I switch to Fizz. Where is the custumer care service or technical help suport!?
