Need some 4 digit pin code, which I don't remember. And there is other viable help with Public Mobile. No wonder people are moving away from Public Mobile.

You have until 7pm Pacific to contact customer support. They can send you text to verify your account if you can't do it with your sign in info but you can also verify thru your community account log in credentials. You can then change your account pin # if necessary. For now put "password reset" in the subject line and send a private message.
To contact customer support click below:

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Hi @thuttema In your profile the pin is hidden. The only way to recover it is to ask the moderators for it, you can reach them by using ? on the lower right of your screen, after following the process it will be submitted to the moderator team. If the use of smartform does not work, then use the following direct link to private message the moderator team. You can refer to this article for additional information on the moderator team.

Try private messaging. Staff is available 10:00 PM EST from my understanding.

I need to access my online account, and now the password that was set in my password manager apparently doesn't work. And there is no information in how to contact support. Seems they only work on Eastern Time clock, and close at 8 PM, I get home after 5 PM Pacific time.
Doesn't matter what I try to use for a browser, I can't access anything in the ticket system to generate the ticket.

And how does one contact a CS agent? when there is nothing simple to find that information on this site. And the chat service closes at 5 PM PST time, and it's not after 6 PM.

If you can’t remember your PIN or security question. You will need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging (envelope icon) or Chat button on this page.
They will need a credible information from your account to avoid fraudulent event.
Email address, mailing address, phone number etc.

It's possible your 4 digit pin is still on your phone or on the actual sim. You can use the ticketing method or even just a private message to the support people. What are you needing to do though?
