I activated a new sim card but now cannot log into the account that I think was created as part of that process.

Ensure you're using the correct e-mail address (the one you activated with), then if you might be entering the password incorrectly, try the "Forgot Password" option.

@jm2morri - were you charged for the activation? And did you activate with a unique email address. Each account needs a different email.

Does it say email already exists?

@jm2morri Yes, it should have created during activation if you activated online yourself.
Did you activate yourself or in Store? If it is in store, then you will have to create the account now yourself via this link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
