So I ended up getting a new phone when I activated the account I had a pixel 8 but ended up misplacing that yesterday ended up just going down to my local telestore and just buying a cheap prepaid phone which is the Moto g play 2024 after buying so a realized that it didn't have Ethan compatibility but wondering if there's a possibility of using the same account that are currently have with a Telus SIM card as I have a blank tell a SIM card but wondering if that would work as a public mobile

When it asks you to present a 2FA verification code, please use the resend code/didn't get code button to direct a new code to your registered e-mail address.

@James161722  No you need a new public mobile SIM card , you can buy at Telus /koodo store or order one from Amazon and go into your account profile page and sim swap the number like this

To keep same phone number and plan , can do this on the  app also
