Hi I'm new here and just signed up myself and my wife on PM.
I've got everything working fine on my account but on my wife's we cant log in to the self serve to do anything with the account.
The password is correct because if entered wrong it gives an error message saying incorrect password but with the correct password the webpage gives a "generic error".
I've read through the posts here and found other people with similar issues but there was no solution that I could find myself. It looks like a moderator or administrator helped solve the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have regsitered and the payment went through but I cannot access my self serve account.
