Message says I need an add on. This doesnt seem to align with the chart. I did already pay for add-ons (twice), but still no luck. I haven't been able to make outside province calls (Alberta) for a couple months. This is frustrating. Help!
I recently moved from Calgary AB to Innisfail AB and people in my new current local area have to dial long distance to call. Can I change this without changing my number?
