Can someone please give me directions on where to update my address

I need to update my address on file and I can’t seem to find any option anywhere. Please advise.

Just put in the nearest big city in your area. PM goes by your postal code fo your location.

Try to update the address and rely on the autop lookup.  Just type the partial address and see if the lookup can find it

Due to this being a prepaid service they usually don’t ask for a full address. If there are certain details you need shown on an invoice I’d reach out to support and see if can produce an invoice for you with the information you require.

Does not include city

This is a part of my address and obviously I can't post the whole thing because of privacy. It does not include the city I live in however, despite my full address being entered in the edit feature. It should include my whole address like other bills. Please advise.

address on your profile is strictly for record keeping.  PM does not send your address info to credit card to post payment.  However, it is of course always nice to keep it sync with your credit card's or keep it updated

To update your address, login to My Account, go to Profile page, and click on the pencil besides your name and you can update the address info:

log into self-serve, go to Profile, tap the pencil icon to edit, and voila.
